Salary, Stipend, and Pay Scale Details
The selected candidates will initially be placed on a training period before being absorbed into the regular rolls of the company.
- Training Period: Two (02) years.
- Monthly Stipend: During the two-year training, a consolidated stipend of Rs. 21,500/- per month will be paid.
- Regular Appointment: Upon successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed in the W3 Grade.
- Basic Pay: The starting basic pay in the regular scale will be Rs. 21,500/-.
