Eligibility Conditions
Nationality: Only Indian Nationals can apply.Educational Qualification
✔ Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): 4-year B.E/B. Tech in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering Degree must be approved by AICTE or Government of India Passed on or after 01.07.2021✔ Graduate Apprentice (B. Sc/B. Com/BA):
3-year degree recognized by AICTE or Government of India
Passed on or after 01.07.2021
✔ Diploma Apprentice:
Diploma in relevant branch
Approved by AICTE or Government of India
Passed on or after 01.07.2021
✔ ITI Apprentice:
ITI Certificate issued by NCVT or SCVT
Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under NATS or NAPS in any organization are not eligible.
Age Relaxation:

PwBD: 10 years

Training Nature & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will undergo one year apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. During training: Candidates will work in technical departments Assist engineers and supervisors Learn practical production and quality processes Follow organizational rules and discipline This is structured training, not permanent employment.Future Opportunities After Apprenticeship
After completion of one year: Apprentices may be considered for Advanced Trainee position Advanced training period: 2 years Selection subject to vacancy and screening test No guarantee of engagement Important: BEL has clearly stated that this apprenticeship does not create any right to claim regular employment.Reservation Rules
