Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Engineering Graduation in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
  • Minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC-NC candidates
  • Minimum 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates
The degree must be recognized by UGC/AICTE or relevant authority. Important condition:
  • Only candidates who completed engineering after 1st April 2023 are eligible.
  • Candidates who completed engineering before 1st April 2023 are not eligible.

Stipend & Salary Reality

Selected Graduate Apprentice Trainees will receive: Rs. 25,000 per month Break-up:
  • Rs. 20,500 paid by HPCL
  • Rs. 4,500 paid by Government of India through DBT
