Educational Qualification & Experience Details
Nursing Officer
- B.Sc. Nursing OR Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from recognized University
- OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery
- Registered as Nurse (RN or RN & RM)
- Delhi Nursing Council registration required at time of appointment
- 1 year experience in minimum 50 bedded hospital (for Diploma holders)
Lab Technician
- B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) OR
- 10+2 with Science + Diploma in MLT
- 3 years experience in recognized laboratory
Pharmacist
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered under Pharmacy Act 1948
- Must register in Delhi Pharmacy Council within 6 months
OT Technician
- 10+2 with Science
- Operation Room Assistant course
- 5 years experience in OT/ICU/Anesthesia/Surgical departments
Mortuary Assistant
- Matriculation
- 5 years experience as Mortuary/Post-Mortem Attendant
Dresser
- Matriculation
- 5 years experience as Dresser in Govt/Recognized Hospital
Plaster Room Assistant
- Matriculation
- 1 year experience in Orthopedic Unit
Age Limit & Relaxation
Minimum age for all posts: 18 Years
Upper Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 Years
- OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
- PwBD – 10 Years
- PwBD + OBC – 13 Years
- PwBD + SC/ST – 15 Years
OBC/EWS certificate must be valid for Financial Year 2025-26 and issued by Govt of NCT of Delhi.
Selection Process
The selection will be done through:
- Shortlisting based on qualification & experience
- Skill Test / Interview at Delhi
Final selection will be based on merit including educational qualification and experience.
No TA/DA will be paid.
Contract Period & Work Conditions
- Minimum contract period: 6 months
- 1 day leave per month (maximum 12 days per year)
- Leave accumulation up to 3 days only
- No HRA or accommodation
- Contract may be terminated with 1 month notice
- Deployment in shifts including round the clock duty
- Must join within 7 days of offer letter
Reservation Rules
- Reservation applicable as per GNCT & Government of India rules
- PwBD must have minimum 40% disability
- OBC Creamy Layer not eligible for reservation
- Valid caste certificate required before last date
